I'm excited about people with no credit history to speak of being able to get loans. take my daughter for example who is in her mid 20s, has a great job and has never had a loan in her name........ she pays her rent and utilities on time every month and saves well... she should be able to get a home loan now where as before she could not have.

FICO 9 is more likely to be used for auto loans than for mortgage financing. Consumers should not count on this change for assistance in the near future.
