I've been finding more face to face and mail is working (vs. social media). Social media can help supplement but it's not the primary thing.
My website has been my largest lead generator - close to 30 percent of my biz. Reviews are also very important. We get a lot from Angie's list and now some from yelp and FB groups where our customers are recommending us.
