Building your referral network should be a priority.
My website kicks butt and is #1. But, this is closely followed by referrals from other businesses and repeat customers/referrals to their friends.
I am investing in building a new website and pushing traffic through my blogging efforts. I also INTEND to bring back videos. (I had taken mine down for several reasons and noticed a huge difference with them gone.)
Getting lots of face to face meetings.
Going door to door with information of value.
Expired FSBO calling.
My phone always.
