Many, many times... My favorite was in Napa, it overlooked the valley and it was a very large home...
Yes, i get that way too and even better is going on and looking at the homes in tripocal areas. Imagine no winter...
Certainly Noah Seidenberg, our hands are in the cookie jar all the time. I have two that are on my mind right now.
I enjoy watching million dollar listings and have loved some of the homes they show .
I've done it, but our current home is so awesome I couldn't imagine moving again. Often it's a few little things, but nothing that I would want to go through the moving process again for a long time!
All the time.......I fell in love with some houses, especially if they have history and views.
In 34+ years it has only happened a couple of times. I get very excited about houses but not for myself.
Absolutely, then think about moving, and come to my senses quickly!
Oh I have been in so many houses that I loved loved loved. Some of them are absolute dream homes w/ the best views.
Absolutely!! I've fallen for a particular home many times. The, the trick is keeping my feelings (pro and con) away from my clients.
Um...I moved last year because of that feeling, LOL! We went to an open house and the next thing I knew we were in it 30 days later. Be careful of those love feelings ;)
White Plains, NY
Oh yes. And occasionally buy one of these.
Yes, and sometimes I buy it.
I've actually not only considered it for 5 minutes on occasion, I've actually moved in, Noah.
Noah Seidenberg this has not happened to me yet. We have to stay away from such feelings, I think.
