Interesting question.  I have no idea, but will be looking at the answers.

1. Get the permission in writing from your seller to co-list it at no additional charge than what is already agreed to in the listing agreement.

2.  Find an American/Florida franchise that has a presence in SA countries and talk to them about putting it in their  MLS or whatever vehicle they use to market their listings.

I've targeted Buyers through various print ads in the UK, Europe and Asia for several luxury properties with some success. The top news sites in South America are likely easily searched as well. A combination of print and online is preferred. That's my 2 cents Lois Geller! 

Interesting post and a bit confused about your intentions regarding your question. 

The International market is really opening up!  Keller williams has a gloal department, and we are opening all over outside the US.  I would contact them instead of reinventing the wheel.  KW Global.
