I have 2 Wordpress blogs, one is at AllAboutPrescott.com & the other at SeligmanAZ.US. I want to pick out blog posts from ActiveRain, edit and improve them then post to my own blogs. How do I do This?

You want to pick out your best articles (could be based on what you think is most important and/or sort by those w/ most clicks or a combo).

Then, as a starting point, copy & paste your post into your wordpress site. It will probably work better if you go to the source code "<>" and paste into the "text" option on your site, but I think I have also just done a copy & paste.

Then, you want to EDIT it so it's different...otherwise it will be duplicate content and not be seen as a new idea for google. Change the title and first and last line. then, try to change at least 20% of it. Change the alt tags on the picture.

Gabe Sanders -- I am talking about getting content from my own blog posts on ActiveRain. Eventually, I may go for ideas and write from scratch but for now I am only doing as Debbie Gartner has outlined so well.

I was hoping to find an easier way than what Debbie suggested. I know how to do it that way.

Finding and re-naming the pictures and changing the alt tags is a BIG job.
