Clear your cache. I spent a whole day unable to get in until I wrote to Kerrie and she told me what to do.
I use Chrome for AR, and I don't have this problem.
That happened to me too and I called ActiveRain and they removed it for me.
Sometimes it works if you switch browsers (e.g. use firefox or chrome or IE). Sometimes you need to restart computer.
And, well sometimes they are just working on things and you need to wait. Usually, if you go to the FB page, you can pose a question to see if others are having same issue or if it's just you.

Clear your cache and do a refresh. If that doesn't work do a computer shutdown. That should do it and you might also try a different browser when you log on next time.
The usual fix is to restart your computer. I use Chrome rather than IE.
I am so glad that this update bug went away, hope you got it working.
