Hi Marte, I've used this program in the past and found it useful:
Kelly Cummings and Rya...
Since I did not see actual answer, here's my research, Marte Cliff . (Way to say to Thank You for teaching us how best we can use language for our business - we owe it to you!) However, disclaimer: I am not affiliated with any of them and have not used any so you will have to try it - just heard of him or did little research.
ZOHO has online meeting as well Time Tracking software.
TimeSheet is another one that may fulfill your requirements.
Toggl is a good solution - 30-day trial may be helpful.
Also heard of a program that you install on your compute and it will tract what sites you visited, what you worked on etc - somehow can't remember the name but will check - okay, good news - I found it. It's called TRUETIMETRACKER - not so good news is - it's out of business. Sorry.
One more you may like - not sure if that would help: ExtraSpy Employee Monitor.
An expensive solution perhaps - - TimeSnapper Pro.
I hope these should be sufficient for you to test and see if it works for you. Good Luck.
Thanks a lot, Marte, for all your guidance.
I have may staff fill out a database form for each activity that tracks to the particular clients.
Gabe and Praful have good suggestion.
No idea! Good suggestions here.
When I was in project management, we used specific software, but Project Plan will work very similarly to what Ron and Alexandra use, and it is inexpensive, too.
We create a spreadsheet for that, and mark it as we go along. We keep the document open, as a reminder.
