I work individually, and seem to prefer it that way. What I like about working alone is that I always knows what's going on with my files, and clients. Whenever I have worked opposite teams, there is always something that one person isn't telling the other. It gets confusing...I like being the sole point of contact with my clients and I believe it builds the relationship between us.
