Of course the next question to follow up from my other one yesterday, is how many leads your site generates from all those visitors? Is anyone willing to share their % of leads from visitors?

I am getting many signing up on my site, and have an "auto-responder" email right after they sign up. I usually send a more personalized email within a few days, especially if they visit often. Right now, not many are responding, but real estate is usually a bit slower in January.

Again, I'm not a realtors...and I don't know percents/percents not relevant to me. But, on average, we get about 5 appts/week. We screen out a lot of our leads. That is probably equivalent to 2 listing appts/week for realtors.
