Has anyone represented the buyer on a Reverse Mortgage Foreclosure? (HUD Guidelines 24 CFR 206.125) I'm having a hard time finding information on the process. Any advice is appreciated!

I'm confused. Is the buyer trying to buy a home with a reverse mortgage or did the owner's with a reverse mortgage pass away and your buyer wants to buy THAT home? I would think it would be the same as any purchase, if that is the case.
