I drive about 8,000 miles (or 14,000 kms).
And Raul Rodriguez ... there are actually quite a few apps that track mileage driven. From those that are easy to use to ones that are virtually automatic and upload your miles to a server and then produces reports. All with varying costs.

I drive 12,000 per year and my wife drives 6,000 per year. I highly recommend if you drive less than 15,000 per year that you lease a car! saves you on maintenance and you get to have a new car every two years!

I have not beein working directly with clients near as much in the past couple of years. My goal is just to manage and not work directly with clients.

Around 7,000 as most showings are with 4 miles of my desk.

For business I drive about 18,000 per year. Our county is large and if I go from one end to the other in one day I can easily rack up a couple hundred miles or more.

About 20,000 these days.
Back in the early days, it might have been 40,000. I cover a big area.
Half of my mileage is to the trap range and back.

Last year just a little over 12,000 miles. I thought that was a lot but now that I see what others are logging, it's about average.

9,000 in 2014.
Million people within 30 miles north, east, and south. Deep waters of the Gulf of Mexico lie to the west.
Working on a horse ranch transaction now and have building lots way up in Weekie Watchie (where a herd of manatee's are sheltering)
As you see, I will work beyond my geographic boundaries when the client need dictates.

Surely someone will develop an ap to keep track of business miles...wish I was smart enough to be the one. Maybe there's one out there already.

I am with Debbie. But since videos came on scene, mileage is down because more efficient, time saving happens.

Cindy Davis - I get asked that by the Franchise Tax people here in CA every year, and I keep very good track for that reason.

20,000 easy. I have been up to 25k but rarely under 20k. A comfortable vehicle when you spend that much time in a car is a must

Scott Godzyk - OK - give it up...what "comfortable" car do you drive???
William Feela - Wow! Thats a HUGE variance in mileage!
Mark Don McInnes, Sandpoint - Ha! I drive about 30,000 myself!
Tammy Lankford - why are you down this year? More listings?

Debbie Reynolds our area is very large, too...I belive I just drove 200 miles today! (In the snow!)

Annette Lawrence Say Hi to the manatees for me! Good luck with the horse ranch deal!

I am amazed at seeing quite a large difference in mileage...appears that some in the more rural areas can stack up the miles quickly - OR - unless you are Praful Thakkar and drive 60 miles each way to the office (Wow!)...to those that don't do showings logging less than 10K/year.

The reason I ask, Cindy Davis is I am getting a feel for what might be the norm for us real estate professionals. I drive about 30,000-35,000 miles per year. I would say we have a very wide service area, however.
