I am just an assistant.

Hit the gym.  I'm not working right if my body isn't working right.

My very fist thing when I open my eyes: checking my emails.

After that I write my daily to- do list.

The first thing I do is check for messages to make sure I don't miss anything.

Lately I've been trying to start the day with a nice walk. It gets me energized. I also check emails right away. 

Checking  my iPad, for emails and messages,  is how my day starts.

Check my E-mails and phone messages.

We practice our scripts and dialogues and lead generate for the first few hours everyday.

Check email, then start on a blog for AR, then blog on my web site. 

Review the day's itinerary and goals. Then I check emails and texts and my registrations on my website. And of course AR 

Usually, look at the things to do which I prepared a night before. And yes, then email responses - which is not right thing to do. I should lead generate!

Review the list made before retiring the previous evening and put into action the solutions delivered as you slept.
