I want to thank the answers I received yesterday regarding the "Attorney Broker" verses the "Broker" license. Most of my replies asked for the state in which the license was held. It's Massachusetts

When I looked up the attorneys name in the licenses check site, it only said "Attorney Broker". Shouldn't it say "Broker" instead. I am not trying to make a case out of this, but I believe this attorney is working illegally, along with his agents. How can I get to the bottom line?

Unless the Mass. R.E. License Laws have recently changed, Attorney's can apply for a Broker's License. The difference is Attorney's are not required to take the CEUs for their Broker's License renewal. As I recall they are listed as "Attorney Broker" on the "licenses check site".
