This has happened to me once and we all thought that something bad happened to this agent. Her broker and office were very concerned. It turned out that she just went camping for the weekend and her cell phone had no reception.

So anyway, she did finally respond and it was because she was busy with another offer and mentioned we had time. In fact, we didn't have that much time.

I just need to learn that not everyone is as anxious to get deals done quickly and efficiently. Time kills deals.
