At some point will Zillow and Trulia move toward greater lead capture with our work product and thereafter increase our cost to receive the leads? At some point will they enter the brokerage side of the business via VOW? Lots of questions...

I have no idea, but seems each local MLS should decide what they want to do. I just listed a house and it came on trulia the second day, not on Zillow yet.
