The answer is obvious for me: email. I start and end my day with checking my emails.

I must confess, I never used DotLoop.

I use Dot-loop when I can some clients want paper, pencil so I print and meet them but I will say dot-loop is my favorite :)

I don't like DotLoop at all. I will scan and save documents in Dropbox and then email a link or attach the document.  I can do this from my phone too. With clients I also set up folders in Dropbox to share and that way I can just let them know it is in their folder in Dropbox.

I prefer to scan to email.  PDF files of documents which have been signed.  Some still prefer the old fashioned fax machine, which I use as e fax.  It is annoying that I must pay for this efax service when it is so simple to scan and email attach, however, some folks will just not evolve past the fax.

Depends on where it is going and what the documents are.   I like the e-,ail for the privacy, but for nono-private info, fax is much faster.

For signatures only, I use docusign. To send forms that need completion I scan and email. I hardly ever fax anymore.

Depends on the situation, the buyer, the seller, the Realtor. We like to scan if everyone is on board with it...

Our office policy requires that all transactions must be placed on DotLoop; and I also scan and email documents as well, for parties who are not familiar with DotLoop, and for status change forms and other items that require signatures, etc.

Email. Everything else is but a thought on the distant horizon in comparison.
