I've done seminars, but never at a home.  It's always been at my office or in a public place.  I try to do them on a Wed. or Thurs evening around 5:30 PM.

Your office or a public space may be a better place for these seminars. As far as times are concerned, I would try the weekday evenings first.

I have never had a seminar, but my guess that a weeknight would be the best time.  Most people have excuses not to attend on the weekends.

I kind of agree with Gita's point I think you're trying to mix apples with oranges. I'm all for a seller's seminar...but I would do it in an ofice setting and not in someone's home.

This particular property is a newly renovated vacant property.  I know the seller would love to have many people come to his property.

If I were selling my house I would not like the idea of the agent having a seller seminar at my house. There are many sellers who do not want open houses for buyers because the neighbors will come in.
