I think you can still put a tag in the search bar at the top and anything with those words will come up.

Yes, I don't know how to find them any more. I could have sworn that they used to be on the right side of your blog, but I don't see them there any more. If it happened to be the same as a recent tag you used, go to that blog post and then select that tag and it should show you the rest.
I have not found this functionality useful. Instead, I will just use the search bar and try to remember words in title and as John Meussner mentioned, I will add in my name if needed.

If you find out, please let me know, I've noticed the AR search bar to be pretty inconsistent.
Try the "By" strategy......if you may have tagged something "dry rot" for example, go to the search bar and type dry rot "by Tom Arstingstall"....with your name in quotes and the tag you're looking for out of the quotes.
Looking forward to someone providing a better answer than I can!
