If you've set your system to more than one request for feedback, when feedback isn't received you'll get follow ups. I solve this problem by immediately responding that we sent in an offer as soon as I receive the first request. That stops future requests.

I have been through that too. I also found that if I responded from my mobile I still got multiple feedback requests from my laptop.
