My broker uses Paperless Pipeline.  Each transaction has an email address assigned to it, so you can email documents to each transaction.  It's pretty easy.

We use paperless pipeline and have been for over a year. It is seamless and very easy to use even for those who are not that savvy.

I am a paper person.  In my area I have had clients balk a bit at no paper.  I work with a lot of seniors and they are not so much for all the fancy stuff.

My office uses Back Agent.  We upload and label all required transaction documents.  It's reassuring to know that everything is safe "in the cloud" in case somebody needs it later.

We still use paper and the office scans everything to a server electronically.  I scan all the transaction documents and forward them to the client so they will also have an electronic record.

I like paperless. In one company we used DotLoop--not a great experience. My company uses Skyslope and overall it's been fine and easy to use for less tech-savvy agents. All systems with have some limitations--it's a question of what you need most.

So far, there is no such thing as a 100% paperless system in this business. Some attorneys, lenders, etc still require wet signatures on some documents. Even some sellers refuse to use electronic signatures.

Paperless Pipeline is our choice and we love it. We've been using paperless pipeline and load all of our secure documents. We have three offices so it makes it easy to communicate through pipeline.

I do not use paperless system, but several agents agents in our area do.  Its in my plans for 2015 to move in that direction

A personal favorite is FormSimplicity because it takes an entire transaction from A to Z. The problem comes in when one of the participants cannot play along. Sure, you can scan and enter the "glitch" into that file but the process adds a seam when we're trying to be as seamless as possible. After reading answers here Paperless Pipeline is going to get more scrutiny.

I know my broker scans the files after we do it on paper.  But I do not know which system they use.

We are semi-paperless. Our broker puts everything on a server and doesn't keep any paper files nad has been doing that since before 2010. We are looking at skyslope for paperless transaction management and it is super easy for every type of agent.
