Do you work with Bird Doggers for investment deals and Short sales? If so, what are some of the challenges you face connecting them to investors. Bird Doggers: what type of challenges do you face?

I work with an investor and we're brainstorming on figureing out ways to keep a pipeline of properties going and to make the sourcing process more efficient.
