This is a loaded question, there is much to analyze, as to whether or not the web site architecture was done correctly or not before that is answered.  Secondly, it is advisable that your site works on all mobile devices both vertically and horizontally.  The templates all say that are responsive to mobile, but that does not mean it looks good on each device.

Because of mobile adaptation, the sites need to be designed differently than they used to be...SEO is not what it used to be...things have changed so much.

I have to agree with Ron & Alexandra Seigel, SEO is not a static solution situation. It takes some time and effort and SEO is very dynamic. Look for a local student to higher who is either a marketing major or a graphic designer. They can get you started for far less than a marketing company. As an owner of a marketing company, who do you think does my day to day operations in terms of client content creation?     

I never get too excited about seo, seems that as long as I am prolific with the posts the seo takes care of itself.
