Nov, 2009, after extenisve discussion with homeowner about the benefit of a short sale and the process and what to expect....they signed on.

Four day later....house is empty...and never heard from them again.

There are two types of clients. Those who have no money but love to talk about wanting you showing homes. Those who look at your listing for a few minutes and get a call an offer is coming your way.

One needs to focus on the issue to produce results. It is important to convert clients also.

Every time I encounter a real estate agent or broker who is a bigot, it astounds me. People are entitled to their political opinions, but you'd think they would understand that is a pretty stupid way to conduct business or attract clients.
