I try to surprise them Russ! For instance, since I have their birthday or anniversary dates on file - I will call them and pop in and provide them with a gift certificate to a popular restaurant in town, a play at the local theatre house, etc. Sometimes, I will send over an edible bouquet and have it delivered to their office with a BIG thank you bow and LOGO. We also sponsor a couple of music festivals in town each year and will call and ask them if they would like a couple of FREE tickets. It is a great way to stay in touch and they always seem to send MORE business my way!

Those extra tickets to the Tampa Bay Rays and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the table at much acclaimed Fashion Show presented by the Tampa arts and design Academy tend to be occupied by those who keep me top of mind.
The quarterly events like the swamp walk and the float with the manatees and the 4th fireworks or other celebration..tend to have space for all those who remember me.
My challenge is those who move outside of my market area, and maintain a STRONG Facebook presence here...how do I keep them properly engaged?
