Mile one just getting to know what my body is going to let me do.
Mile 3, on the trail, will greet the 'whistler,' 'chimpmunk,' 'singer,' and a few newbies taking there new gear from the running store for a walk.
Mile 5, dolphins and stingrays past and entering the park.
Mile 7, high-stepping through the soft sand pit to get to the tidal zone.
Mile 9, pause to watch the baby eagles and the baby owls.
Mile 10, greet the gopher tortises and 9 banded armidillos as I glide by.
Mile 12, stop at water station and do a few upper body exercises.
Mile 13, halfway point. Rinse and repeat.
Come RUN with me.
