Although I still represent more buyers, my proportion of listings is reaching parity. I prefer listing homes, although I do still love the hauling and hoping.

I represent more sellers and I get approx. 15% of buyers from my listings.
When I first started I worked about 75% with buyers, now that has switched. I think it's because I have a team and the newer agents work with my buyers

Buyers agent and it is not even close, like 75% of business vs 25% for listings. I enjoy the thrill of the hunt with buyers, I am in an average of 400+ homes a year, providing real experience I get to share with both buyer's and seller's.
Sonatta, I usually work with the buyers and my wife Sharon works with the listings.
Right now is primarily buyers, but I am pushing to be a listing agent where I am working 85/15 sellers/buyers.

About 50/50 recently because of the low inventory. Typically it's more like 70/30!
I do both.
We work with both buyers and sellers but right now we seem to have many more buyers. They are out in full force! Bring on the real estate action!
