I would prefer to receive written messages with links to paired videos.

That 'play' button is irresistable!
Hit the play button or dive into a waterfall of words?
That decision is EASY.
Make sure it is embedded, not linked, and keep the energy up. (TEST)
Now you are on to a winner AND the opportunity to generate tertiary juice.
Make sure you use the YouTube cards.
The brief text accompaning must be compelling like, "Ever been left at the Alter? That how I felt when......."

Michael, I think it would be a great way to get business for you and your clients.

I like the idea of a video- highlighting something that we need to know about home inspections or construction - Motivation is nice, but education is a much better choice- maybe done with personality and a little humor so that people connect with your personality.

Michael - From what I read on the other question, most realtors thought weekly communication was too much and they were less likely to open (and likely to unsubscribe).
I think video (sent in email) will be even less likely as that is an additional step. And, if they are in the office, they definitely won't listen. And, if viewing on phone prob. very unlikely as well.
I would look at doing something monthly.

Video works... but less talking head and more property, local area events is what is needed. Monday morning, don't schedule appointments then because already enough walk ins. Like a late night ER after a stadium concerts. My .02.
