Nobody has mentioned it and since I sell and close transactions that are not listed and never go in MLS, it would not be a true reflection of my business. Is it happening to you?

Well as the Broker for my office, my agents were asking about Trulia, Zillow etc... because like it or not the young consumers were calling them with questions about homes they "saw on Trulia". I decided to be the guinea pig about a year and a half ago and go ahead and pay for a couple of zip codes that way I could update my agents on the benefits (if any) of these referral companies. I signed up for a zip code near my office and within 5 days got a call from a woman in Washington state wanting to list her fathers home in that zip code. She signed a listing agreement within two days, it sold 2 weeks later and it paid for my six month "trial period" I also got an additional 2 buyers from the leads.

Yes, and I am very happy about having my record out on the web.  I've gotten some listing and buyer calls from them.

our listing presentation binder has charts of that information for the homeowner to clearly see.... our numbers are very powerful in our community....
