Paul S. Henderson if I host the open house, I am ahead of time - at least 15-30 minutes. However, sometimes, you can't control your circumstances like what you had faced. In such cases, I request the seller to stick around until I reach - and handle the guests.

And we all know - it is a different market - and what you saw is most likely to happen!

Why? All the advertisments said, Open House, SUNDAY, 2PM

People will actaully do what you want them to do if you make it clear what you want them to do. Be there at 2PM!

I think all of you can understand the effect this has.
