Where do "I" get the most clients from?
This time of year, my canoe.
Do I pay for them? Dearly.
Do I have other options for gaining clients that are based on personal meetings and no buy the lead costs?
You bet! The easiest and must productive are Open Houses. Properly purposed and selected they can create a river of sellers or buyers. But that must be the purpose of the open house.

I do not pay.
Online marketing. Yes I do pay for them.
Referrals from realtors, repeat customers, customer referrals, referrals from other complementary partners, Angie's list.
Good morning Raymond. The vast majority of my new business comes from pressing the flesh.
Intensive personal networking works and is does not require payment for generated leads.
Hi Raymond, I have multiple web sites, two blog sites in addition to Active Rain. If you want a list to check it out, send me an email. I use pay per click on Google and MSN, have for 10 years and also it's been so long that I get clients back that are selling property I sold them in the past.
How about you?
Referrals from past clients, floor time and networking are my main sources. No I don't pay for them.
I do not pay for new clients. The vast majority of my business is from past clients, financial advisors, and real estate partners.
