When i was selling new construction I used them all the time. Lately I have not as most new listings done usually last more than a couple of weeks, some only a few days.

Gabe Sanders I use them when someone has seen the home twice and says they are looking at other homes and trying to decide but we are in the top 2 or 3 of the list. I try to convince my sellers to offer a $1000 bonus to the agent if they can get the contract together. :)
