Good morning Russ. I don't tract the number of referrals I receive, other than where they came from. My goals is always to give out 2 referrals per day and I have it broken up into 100 different categories.

most of our referrals are from past clients....our sellers refer other homeowners to us.... on occasion we will get agent referrals....we are in Massachusetts..

Good question Russ Ravary.  Very few, I need to work on referring out some clients.  Any agents have clients moving to Tucson, AZ let me know :)

Russ, we maybe receive one a year from another real estate agent outside of Indiana.  None at all from our brokerage.

Albuquerque NM.  I get around 12 or so yearly.  Working with 2 right now. 

It varies from year to year...in the last six months...we have had at least 6....people DO come to Wisconsin...employment...to be near family...and sometimes it is a snowbird that has purchased in another state and needs to ssell here as well.

A lot! I close about 30 referrals - and now growing.

I get 7 to 12 qualified leads per year and 5 to 10 unqualified leads. (Washington State)

I live in Hawaii and my received referrals will range from just a couple a year to a couple a month. I also give referrals.

I probably average about 10 referrals a year here in Florida.

I live in the great state of "disarray."  Just kidding.

I get a bunch.  I track all my leads by type of source and specific source.  I will have to go back and tally how many are referrals.  some are from past customers and some from realtors, painters, GC's etc.  Oh, and I'm from NY.

Through the end of March up +30% in closed biz from referrals.

Russ, Illinois and as many as I can. It's hard to count. Right now I am working on one I got from a Realtor in St. Louis a family moving here because the husband got a job with United Airlines and their hub is Chicago.

O, zilch, nada; yet we give out many to other agents.
