I was mostly intrigued by this new tech banking service because of what appears to be the option of making small or large loans 'to yourself', and then having the repayment history reported to the credit bureaus. Something anyone can do, irrespective of their credit history. I'm going to look into it a bit more. Thanks for sharing insight and your thoughts!

"selflender" makes it sound like you can give yourself loans of your own money? I would be careful about any banking transaction done online. A secured credit card from a major bank would probably work just as well.

I have not heard of this particular banking service. Be careful of online banking and know what you're really dealing with.

NO, i would not use an unknown site as a trial and error, all banks are online now anyway

All banking is online anyway so this is not an innovation, just a movement whose time has come.
As the sharing economy continues exponential growth, online banking will not only be in great demand, but will eventually be the revealed basis of all banking with the benefit of new enterprises avoiding the onerous burden of regulation that has been the frustration of home buyers for several years.
Now, if Chase won't lend to a high income earner because of a BK last year, options are going to be available.....and such solutions should be very welcome to those who frequently need lending solutions.

Good morning Michael. Anything having to do with online banking cannot be good.
