Good morning, Michael, Depends on which inspector is used, but I ususally receive it the same day or within 48 hours. Of couse, the sooner the better.

No later than 24 hours...the sooner the better so that any issues can be discussed and other contractors brought in if necessary.

Either later the same day or the next day, which is more than fine. The buyers and I can discuss in general what we *think* we heard at the inspection, and the written report just confirms it.

The inspectors I recommend typically provide me a report on-line within 24 hours, which is a perfectly acceptably time frame.

Most of the time it is the next day. If the buyer or agent goes to the inspection, they know what the major issues are. It is always nice to have the report though.

It depends on the inspection company. I have inspections done where the inspector provided the client a full inspection report printed out at the end of the inspection. The report contained photos of the problems as well as the thermal imaging. Other inspection companies I have used usually email the results later that day or by the next day, depending on the time of inspection.

Late the same day with pix of the problem areas. I encourage Buyers to get there at the end with me and have the inspector physically show us his concerns.

Same day. Some give a one page 'serious issues' report on site and email the rest with numerous pictures. A few still print the report out on site.

Same day. Usually we are under a time crunch so really, there's no other option.

Same day usually. one inspector i like sends email copy, but also carries a printer with him and prints a copy out at the house when he's finished with inspection.

Inspector commits to next AM before 9. Usually received around 10 pm same day.
My thoughts? Good inspectors with good written communication skills that do not tramatize the buyer or seller are rare.

Morning Michael they furnish them the same day. As long as it is within the 10 day limit here it really doesn't matter

We prefer the same day, but if the inpection is not until the afternoon, we understand that the inspector is human and has a family life, plus is probably dog tired, so the next day is fine.

Michael --- typically issued the same day but an on-site review of his/her findings with the client. It used to be delivered on-site but that seems to have gone away with our move to a paperless way of life. I think the same day works best.

Michael, our area inspectors are very busy and if we get the report the next day that is great. It is a concern with some inspectors as they will get the report to us a day or two before the response is due!!! Next day is great!

It is not unreasonable to get a home inspection in two to three days. Expecting it in one day would be as a result of some kind of emergency.

The home inspector sends it out the same day, which is nice. I dont want until the end of the inspection period regardess. Like to get the home inspector in as soon as we can, that way if he finds something else and need to bring in plumber, or electrican, etc. we have the time (days) to do it.

Depends on the time and the property. I ususally get a verbal report right away.
