Depends on where you are in your career.
Those who are new arrivals may not have the pipeline that benefits the old timers.
Some, especially old timers, have created an extensive IDWDT list they wish to impose that will place newbies at a significant disadvantage.
So, for the agent who might ask" How do I get new listings?" the right response must consider the agents resources, abilities and what they are willing to do.
The less personal the activity, the greater will be the money required.
