FILES (from PIPL) does exactly that but with no contract or lock in what so ever.
You just upload your list as a csv, xlsx, or txt file with address and name and download the completed list (including phone numbers in your case) as a csv.
You can try searching for a few phone numbers for free (does not include mobile numbers) using PIPL’s search engine () to get an idea of what FILES can do.
disclosure: I work at this company.
charlie craig I heard a lot about 'Cole'.
It seems you love cold calling. There are many other less expensive ways in which you can find the contact numbers. Few agents in my office use Vulcan 7, heard of RedX and ArchAgent along with InfoUSA.
I don't have to worry about this, fortunately, as I am little shy and am afraid of cold calling.
Cole Realty Resouce is nothing more than a scam. It was offered through my real estate office (shame on me as I had thought the office had vetted Cole). The information received was deplorable as it listed people at addesses that never lived there, The phone numbers and email addresses were 80% inaccurate. It was a total waste of money! The only thing this company is good at is stealing your money.
I've never heard of them.
Do they check if phones on DNC list? Be careful, since it 10k fine.
I use people finders. It has most of the information you'll need. If you are calling FSBO or expired I would recommend RedX. For about 79.00 per month you'll get all the data you'll need.
My broker use to provide cole but that was prior to the dominate use of cell phone. It worked then but idk how accuarate their cell phone numbers are. That would be key in my opinion.
I used cole with Archstone and then with Vulcan for call arounds
I haven't seen a cole's directory in decades!!!
