I regularly have guest bloggers on my WP blog, with credit going back to the guest blogger in the way of links to their sites/articles. It is an excellent way to generate new buzz on a topic we may not be well versed on (like mortgages). It is also a great way to increase exposure as the guest blogger often socially shares the article with their fan base too.  My AR content is my own.

No, we have not.  We have had offers from many who have to write for us on our site and pay us for doing so, and they get so insulted when we say no.  We are the genuine article, like it or not.  A

Good morning Debbie. I have not had anyone blog for me, it just hasn't seemed right for me, but know many that do it and they don't have an issue with it.

I couldn't see myself doing this. I do all of my own writing. I want it in my words, and no one elses.

I have had requests but you have to be careful who they are from. If it is a guest blogger that copies and pastes the same article to 100 different Realtor sites it will hurt you more than help. If it is original content and maybe even by request then it is great for your site.

All of my content is my own, and I can't imagine some else writing my content.

I have also guest blogged on other sites...as myself.  There is a MAJOR difference between guest blogging and ghost writing!  When it's a guest blog, the author is stated loud and clear and given full credit.

Only one time a young girl who just graduated requested me if she could write a guest blog so I agreed. She did a good job. Ofcourse i did not get points for it but i did it as favor to her.

Debbie Reynolds this is the unique part of our business. It's all me. I wouldn't mind a guest writer but no ghost writer. 

I have not used a ghost writer for my blog but do provide that option for others..

A guest blogger is a great idea.

Not as of yet, Debbie, but I've thought about using a guest blogger or two on specific topics.

No. We like the special touch that knowing the area makes in showing potential clients that you are an expert.
