I attend every inspection on my buyer's behalf, not just the home inspection. Should the inspector need to reach me re. my seller's listing, I am always available by phone...

I attend home inspections whether it is  my buyer or seller.

I try to be there if not make myself available by phone. Prior to the inspection, I ensure everyone that has to be there will be there and I confirm this by calling on the set appointment as well. I also inquire about what might be needed to have a successful and completed inspection.  

I may not attend inspections, but I'm always available by phone if necessary.

Even better i attend every inspection and thise i cant, one of my asisstants will. Always there to represent our client whether it is the buyer or seller. There is nothing better than first hand info being close enought to see and hear, but not so close you are in the way,

my team members are AT THE HOME INSPECTION whether it's their listing or the buyer.....

I'm very much involved with inspections. One from our team is always present regardless if we represent a buyer or a seller.

I am always available by phone.  If i am representing the buyers, I will be at the inspection (would be silly for the inspector to call me when I am standing next to him).  As the listing agent, there is no need for me to talk wtih the inspector, if he has a problem or concern, call me and we will discuss.

Hi Michael - if I'm representing the buyer, I'm at the inspection and if I'm the listing agent I'm there at the beginning and end of the inspection(and quite likely through most of it) to be able to answer questions or contact the seller.  

I'm not there to intrude, ask lots of questions or to follow around the inspector - NEVER.  I believe attending is a part of representing our clients.

I'm always available most of them call to let me know they are at the property.  

I am always available. If you call and you can't reach me...then leave a message, and I will get right back with you.

Absolutely.  And most probably I will have met the inspector at the beginning and the end of the inspection.

Michael, I always try and be at the inspection as an observer to have first hand knowledge of the safety and material defects pointed out to the client by the home inspector.
