I try to be there if not make myself available by phone. Prior to the inspection, I ensure everyone that has to be there will be there and I confirm this by calling on the set appointment as well. I also inquire about what might be needed to have a successful and completed inspection.

Even better i attend every inspection and thise i cant, one of my asisstants will. Always there to represent our client whether it is the buyer or seller. There is nothing better than first hand info being close enought to see and hear, but not so close you are in the way,

I am always available by phone.  If i am representing the buyers, I will be at the inspection (would be silly for the inspector to call me when I am standing next to him).  As the listing agent, there is no need for me to talk wtih the inspector, if he has a problem or concern, call me and we will discuss.

Hi Michael - if I'm representing the buyer, I'm at the inspection and if I'm the listing agent I'm there at the beginning and end of the inspection(and quite likely through most of it) to be able to answer questions or contact the seller.  

I'm not there to intrude, ask lots of questions or to follow around the inspector - NEVER.  I believe attending is a part of representing our clients.
