I just started Active Rain after a brief trial period a couple of years ago. I do not really follow anyone closely yet. However I will not read what I consider to be just an ad for a new listing. When I see a subject about, selling, financing, buying, or anything that has Real Estate info, I will click and read it. I must admit if it says 4 BR 2 Bath available in.....I do not read that
