If the listing agent did not make that information available in mls I will use what is in the tax records.

I fill in as much as I can glean from records and the rest is up to the seller's agent.

The only information our contract asks for concerning the contract is the buyer's agents phone and email. Nothing at all about seller information.

I put the names that are on the public records. Contact information is not something I ever ask for if not my clients

I leave it blank. Do not worry about it and do not waste your time trying to find out. If your offer is accepted, the signature will show the name of the seller(s).

I leave it blank as there are times it is in a trust, only in one person's name, etc. We can look for example on county assessors site, but again, it may not be updated with the correct information, can leave it blank on contract and let them fill in or as they sign it page 10.

I leave the sellers name blank on the purchase contract most often. If I do leave the sellers name blank on the offer, there is a box on our contract that you can check that states, "or as identified in section 9c". Section 9c is where the seller signs the contract, so that covers the sellers name and information.
