Hi Beatrice --- there are quite a few communities experiencing gentrification in our area -- and the subject can be quite controversial. Change is difficult for many people especially when they are displaced or see businesses change. It's a part of the evolution of our cities as far as I see it.

Yes, on many fronts. Tucson, AZ was recently named in top 10 of cities to retire in for AARP. For agents, many experienced agents here in Tucson are already past "retirement age", which is normally considered 58 years old.
