I see I did not propery pose this question. I want to send an image from my PC to a list of mobile phone numbers I have in a CSV file. I want each message to go as a separate message (i.e. like a mail merge). I have heard of a few soluitions however I don't fully trust some of the reviews. I also want to send my agents images they can show on their smart phones to show to prospects/clients.

Most all "smart-phones" allow you to send photos, video or text to groups within your contacts. Not sure what "from my pic" meant, but hope that helps or please be more detailed in your question.
