They are fantastic. It's the great rates that launched this market after the "crash." I am shocked they have stuck this long. There are ways to generate inventory but once the rates change they won't be back here for a very long time (my opinion). So, I'm coaching my Clients on how to find inventory and to keep "making hay while the sun shines."
