Kate,

I have not seen a great email drip campaign.  I think you have to make up your own original type of campaigns via a newsletter.  Most drip mail campaigns are utterly annoying, which is not what you want to have happen.  A

If you have a CRM it may have one. If you don't then you may want to use something like Bom-Bom that allows you to send even videos.

I agree with Ron and Alex . Create your own drip campaign for buyers and sellers the you own it and it doesn't look like a campaign because it's you speaking to them

I was in the market for a monthly drip campaign and came across your post. Did you ever find one you liked and have success with? I used Grasshopper in past for my monthly emails to past clients and their articles were non real estate related and I didn't care for them. Found out my clients liked to know more about their own market vs some ridiculous fact. Did you try Wise Agent? If so, how did you like them?

Local Experience Matters!

Theres as many to choose from as there are personal needs, and they're all different. Ive watched sucessful agents make the best of many of them. You need to choose your size dbase, your comfort level for campaign, etc. Whether you choose Constant COntact, icontact, Bombbomb, salesforce, Topproducer,vflyer, etc...each has god attributes to help.

Roy, we are currently using TP.  I absolutely hate them :)
Agree with your second statement, I do it in a little different way. I search for best buys and once a week send it out to my database. Have 2-3 calls every week at least

Take a look at Top Producer.

My experience is that one of the best campaigns is to have them sign up for notices on new listings that meet their requirements.
