As Debbie Reynolds pointed out the issue is with your existing image viewer. At some point the image was rotated, but that was accomplished through the viewer, NOT THE IMAGE.
Picasa does exactly the same thing. Image can be tuned perfectly,(rotated, cropped, brightened, straightened) but when the image is used in another application, the fixes are all gone.
Use another image tool on your Mac or use an online resource to view the image and apply the rotate you need for it to appear correctly on your AR blog.
In this case YouTube may be your 'go to' resource. They have an exceptional image editor.

Vertical photographs are not loaded correctly for blogs. It is an issue that needs to be corrected. Your horizontal pictures should load correctly.
An alternate is to put your photographs on your Facebook timeline and then you will be able to copy and past them in blogs.

Hi thanks for the replies. No I had the picture on my computer saved, It's a Mac computer and I upload pictures often, no problem. But it's the fle manager on AR that puts the picture in sideways. There is nothing there to rotate it.

If on Facebook...there is an option button on the bottom middle that gives you the option to rotate left or right..

Did you take the photo with your smart phone? Do you use a PC with windows? If you have Windows Photo Editor you can go in and rotate it to sideways then save the sideways version. When you upload into the library on AR it should be straight.
