Here on the Outer Banks, Memorial Day is the start of tourist season.  The traffic will be ungodly!  If I get a call, I'll go out, but otherwise...hunkering down.

Good morning Debbie. I have 4 mortgage applications for Monday, but will do out celebrating Sat and Sun.

Debbie Reynolds - I am at a conference next week - so I'd rather make use of this time. If buyers are around, by all means....

I won't be doing that. I already have a buyer meeting on Saturday and they will probably want more of my attention throughout the weekend. I haven't had a day off in almost a month, so I will be looking for some downtime and sleep.

If a new property that fits my buyers I will be on the ohone and they will be getting in their cars.

I volunteered to manage a golf tournament with the other folks in our golf course, so I will be networking. I also sponsored a hole; hopefully, this will give me some leads. 

Any Holiday weekend is a big weekend for buyers as they have the time off.   I will be available! 

No.  I think it would be nice to have a bit of time off for a change.

We are booked solid with real estate through the entire holiday weekend.

If I haven't had a buyer ask for some time upfront, I won't reach out. I have plenty to catch up on when it's a quiet day like this.

My only day off this weekend is Sunday. I will be working the other two days.

 Holidays tend to be slow in my city. So, I won't plan to work unless someone reaches out to me.

I would not.

Hi Debbie -- at this point, I'm available to meet a buyer or seller that day.  I haven't "reached out" so far.  

Sunday will be 82 degrees here, and I'll be in the sun..... Saturday, I plan on working on marketing all day for our future batch of new homes that will hit the market soon.....
