If I understand correctly, a major concern you have is:
"I have a couple of agents new to Real Estate and I feel need more additional communication training"
Providing new agents with a program as a substitute for developing communication skills will not develop the skills you want them to exhibit.
It is your responsibility as the broker willing to take the agents money, to provide MEANINGFUL, communication training and NOT delegate this to a 3rd party.
Your choice is to personally provide this training or coach a mentor regarding this need and create the proper space to model and practice personal communication skill.
For example, find the question posted here or AR is regarding a suspicious email. Use the communication technique I modeled to get the citizen to raise their hand. As brief as it is, this is a SUPERIOR communication model if you can SEE the components.
The more you enable your agents to remain Xenophobic, and isolated from real people, the greater the reality of their failure in this business.
Focus on meet up communication, telephone cold calling, direct response marketing. Each one requires an exceptional understanding of communicating using the existing environment. The training grounds are easily accessible and are exclusively in the 90 day market. It does not get better than that for the agent. They do what the really don't want to do, get good results because of their willingness to endure, they make money, you make money, and you can take credit for placing them on the pathway to financial liberty.
With that story of success, the next group you recruit can clearly understand that if they follow YOUR directions (not Cor or Borino), completely, they too can achieve success on par with their commitment.

Hi Melissa - never heard of it and likely would have no interest in it or other programs that sound as if they are in the business of separating agents and their money with the promise of getting rich quick.
