In April I did a counter offer in the Bellagio hotel lobby on the Las Vegas Strip. Buyers closed and moved in last week, and love their new Henderson home.

On the bed in the buyer's motel room at midnight. It was a Motel 6 at that. They are bare bones rooms and didn't have a desk or anything to write on in the room and there was only one chair so we laid on the bed together.

Well there's always the hood of the car but I guess McDonalds would be the place.  Was writing a contract when a former customer and her grandson came in.  She came up to me and asked to borrow $5, forgot her wallet.  Since I rarely have any money I gave her my credit card.  The person who was signing the sales contract smiled and at that moment knew they had a nice honest person in me, I guess.
