I've used GoogleDocs (now Google Drive) but I really like Dropbox for sharing. I use Docusign for e-signing but I have to upload files to it to prepare them for action. Not aware of a 2-in-1 program right now.

FHA Fannie and Freddie all approve of Docusign but no file share method is fail safe- hackers have gotten into them all.
